What I Do

Underpinning everything I do is my interest in people and creativity. My expertise in wellbeing means that I am always aware of the need for any intervention to enhance the wellbeing of individuals and teams. I offer bespoke and creative solutions to individuals and groups based on your needs and goals.

COACH

I am a qualified, person-centred and creative coach, which means your agenda is a always central to my practice. I have experience of working with people at different stages of life when they are facing many different challenges and issues.

In the coaching session we will explore the issues you bring to coaching and I will use questions, reflection, gentle challenge and creative arts to support you in achieving your goals. Most coaching sessions last for about 50 minutes with a review after each session.

GROUP FACILITATOR

I am a confident, enthusiastic and compassionate group facilitator. I have experience in running groups in many settings, for many different purposes. This includes team coaching, workshops, focus and wellbeing groups.

WRITING FOR PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

I offer bespoke sessions for individuals or groups using expressive writing. This is technique that can support people if they need to explore difficult issues in their lives or I can apply this approach to groups who are looking to engage in professional development.

CONSULTANCY

I have experience of working in large organisations, and I can work in partnership with you to  review coaching and/or wellbeing strategies. This will include offering assessment of readiness for coaching and evaluation of coaching interventions.

I also have experience of  reviewing wellbeing services and I can assess the wellbeing strategies that you currently have in place and help you develop your wellbeing strategy. Further, I can offer bespoke supervision and development for your staff who offer wellbeing interventions.
