Coaching

When I tell people I am a coach one of the first questions I am asked is what do you do as a coach? I am a person centred coach which means I take my lead from you, and my role is to hold a safe space for you to explore and work through areas of your life that are challenging.

In the coaching session we will explore the issues you bring to coaching and I will use questions, reflections, gentle challenge and creative arts to support you in achieving your goals. Most coaching sessions last for about 50 minutes with a review after each session.
